The Clinical Staff I Midnight Pharmacist supports overnight pharmacy operations while delivering critical clinical pharmacy services in a hospital environment. This role provides coverage across central pharmacy operations, admixture services, satellite pharmacy locations, and direct clinical support including pharmacokinetic consults, code coverage, and medication-related inquiries from providers and nursing staff.
This position requires strong clinical judgment, advanced critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The pharmacist collaborates closely with multidisciplinary care teams and contributes to safe, evidence-based medication management for complex patient populations. Night shift pharmacists work within a well-supported staffing model and utilize advanced technology systems designed to enhance medication safety.
Schedule:
This is a full-time midnight night shift position.
Compensation:
Hourly compensation ranges from $47.19 to $75.50 per hour based on experience.
A $25,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
Education:
