This leadership-track role is designed for individuals who want to grow into a sales management position by learning the business from the ground up while developing and leading a team of insurance agents.
This is a hands-on role that combines field activity, coaching, and team development. Prior insurance experience is not required; structured training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Learn Optavise’s sales, enrollment, and client service processes
- Conduct onsite and virtual insurance enrollments
- Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents
- Support agent development through coaching and performance feedback
- Track activity, performance, and team growth
- Promote a professional, ethical, and results-oriented team culture
- Leadership, sales, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members
- Willingness to learn and follow established systems
- Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
- Reliable, self-directed, and accountable
