About the Role

* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Optavise *

This leadership-track role is designed for individuals who want to grow into a sales management position by learning the business from the ground up while developing and leading a team of insurance agents.

This is a hands-on role that combines field activity, coaching, and team development. Prior insurance experience is not required; structured training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn Optavise’s sales, enrollment, and client service processes
  • Conduct onsite and virtual insurance enrollments
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents
  • Support agent development through coaching and performance feedback
  • Track activity, performance, and team growth
  • Promote a professional, ethical, and results-oriented team culture

Qualifications
  • Leadership, sales, or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members
  • Willingness to learn and follow established systems
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
  • Reliable, self-directed, and accountable
