About the Role

Who are we:

 

Bio4pack GmbH, is a German based subsidiary of TIPA Compostable Packaging, based in Nordhorn, Germany.

Bio4Pack is a leading company in the development and manufacturing of sustainable packaging solutions for consumer products and consumables, that has minimal impact on the environment and that minimises the use of fossil fuels. Bio4 Pack develops and sells custom-made packaging concepts for B2B customers active in the food processing industry. Bio4pack’s head office is located in Germany.

 

We are looking for an experienced sales manager who will further develop sales, aiming at bringing new clients, aside working with, and growing current ones, within the vast packaging solutions’ market.

 

The role is an individual contributor position, involving travel within Europe. Regular presence is required at the office, alongside travel to clients and includes the flexibility to work from home one day per week.


Requirements

Key responsibilities:


- Develop and execute sales plans for existing clients and new accounts for relevant

  packaging solutions.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 

- Highly committed to locally budgeted resources.

- Maintain current clients, servicing them outstandingly and upselling. 

- Travel regularly within Europe, to meet with clients. 

- Participate in international trade fairs.



Requirements:


 - A minimum of 2-4 years of sales/account management/biz dev experience in the

  packaging market (packaging materials, packaging machinery, or paper).

- Excellent knowledge of English.

 - Knowledge of any other language (e.g. German/Dutch) is appreciated.
