Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience with spaceborne or airborne systems engineering, including design, development, and testing
- Experience leading verification activities (planning and execution)
- Planning and organizational skills, including contributing to schedules, estimating costs, and forecasting personnel needs
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of leading technical projects
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of a satellite system, encompassing electro-optical payloads, communication systems, and computerized systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers, to define system requirements, specifications, and architectures for satellite projects
- Conduct detailed system analysis and simulations to optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Manage and oversee the integration, testing, and validation of satellite systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and mission requirements
- Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve system-level issues
Advantages

- Experience with system simulation tools and software (e.g., STK, GMAT, Matlab, Simulink)
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards related to satellite operations and space systems
