About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager - DevSecOps to join our innovative technology team. In this critical role, ensures cloud infrastructure powering Digital & CE platforms is secure, scalable and operationally resilient. Supports cost optimization and performance reliability aligning with DevSecOps delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement cloud infrastructure best practices including IaC and environment governance.
  • Optimize cloud resource performance, scale and cost controls across digital platforms.
  • Support monitoring, logging and availability improvements in cloud services.
  • Assist with security enforcement including identity, encryption and network protections.
  • Improved cloud cost efficiency and resilience.
  • Infrastructure hardened to support cyber and PCI compliance.
  • Fewer environment‑driven incidents impacting guest journeys.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with cloud engineering (Azure preferred).
  • Understanding of IaC, monitoring and cloud security fundamentals.
  • Ability to collaborate with DevSecOps and cyber stakeholders.
