Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Algorithm Engineer
- Education: M.Sc. (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university
- Outstanding B.Sc. graduates from leading universities are also encouraged to apply!
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in one or more of the following fields: Motion Planning, Decision Making, Optimization, Reinforcement Learning, Guidance, or LLM Fine-tuning
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in both Python and C++ (at a code-review standard)
- Bonus Points: Previous experience within a multi-disciplinary R&D team in robotics or autonomous systems
