Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat
- Educate clients on blockchain concepts, product features, and best practices
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service quality
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding new products and services
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our support services and offerings
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the tech or blockchain sector
- Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Problem-solving skills to help address and resolve customer concerns
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
