Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Sustainability & Green Energy Company. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate our eco-friendly products and services aimed at promoting sustainability.
Your fluency in Italian will be crucial as you assist clients with inquiries about green energy solutions, product features, and installation processes, all while delivering a high level of customer service that aligns with our commitment to environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat concerning sustainability and green energy inquiries
- Assist customers with understanding our green energy products, their benefits, and eco-friendly practices
- Handle order processing, modifications, and returns while resolving customer issues promptly
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and service enhancements
- Stay informed about trends in sustainability and green energy to assist customers effectively
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of sustainable practices
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in sustainability, energy, or related industries, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to helping customers make environmentally conscious choices
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
