Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Real Estate Platform. In this vital Junior role, you will provide exceptional service to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to property listings, buying, selling, and renting real estate.
Your fluency in Italian will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, guiding them through the intricacies of the real estate process and providing valuable information about available properties and services. Your role will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth transactions on our platform.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding real estate inquiries
- Assist customers with property searches, booking viewings, and understanding the buying or renting process
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure timely responses and effective resolution of inquiries
- Gather customer feedback to help enhance service offerings and platform usability
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and property listings
- Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in real estate, property management, or related fields, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Interest in real estate and helping customers achieve their housing goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
