In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to data analytics services and solutions.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you guide clients through our offerings, addressing any questions they may have about our data solutions, technical support, and other related services. By providing outstanding customer service, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding data analytics inquiries
- Assist clients in understanding our services, pricing, and how our analytics solutions can benefit them
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for data-related issues
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the data analytics team to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather client feedback to inform improvements in our service offerings
- Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics and technology to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Fluency in Italian and English, with exceptional communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or analytics, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in data analytics and helping customers leverage data solutions
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
