Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

  • As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will provide direct care to residents.
  • You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • You will promptly chart and maintain documentation for residents.
  • You will prepare and administer medications.
  • You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year experience in long term care.
