Role Overview
We’re hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to own and scale Scytale’s end-to-end revenue engine as we grow toward $100M ARR.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, data, and execution across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success. You’ll work closely with the CEO and GTM leadership to make revenue predictable, scalable, and efficient. Success in this role means building a predictable and scalable revenue engine, improving pipeline, win rates and sales velocity, driving strong retention and expansion, and aligning all GTM teams around a single source of revenue truth.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 5+ years in RevOps / GTM Ops / Sales Ops in B2B SaaS/AI
- Experience scaling revenue in a $10M–$100M ARR environment
- Tech-savvy, data-oriented, hands-on with a very strong analytical and systems mindset
- Comfortable working directly with CEOs and GTM leaders
- Hands-on operator who can design and execute
Big plus if you have experience with:
- Cyber, Security, compliance SaaS
- Platform + services revenue models
- Selling to CISOs, CTOs, GRC, or security leaders
- Experience selling to enterprises
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end revenue operating model and optimize GTM motions across segments and regions
- Design and operate a process-driven revenue architecture - workflows, systems, and AI-powered automations - that continuously improves conversion rates and delivers actionable intelligence across all revenue teams.
- Lead revenue forecasting and planning, including ARR, churn, and board-ready insights, in partnership with Finance
- Define and optimize the revenue funnel, identifying bottlenecks and improving conversion across the customer lifecycle
- Own the RevTech stack and revenue data, ensuring clean systems, strong governance, and a single source of truth
- Build, maintain, and optimize executive dashboards and lead regular revenue reviews with actionable insights
- Design and manage quotas and commission plans, tracking attainment and productivity
- Drive revenue efficiency, including CAC, payback, pricing models, and scalable growth
- Act as the owner of revenue truth and influence cross-functional teams, while leading and scaling the RevOps function
