About the Role

Location: Tai Seng

Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000

Benefits:
- 0–20% Monthly Performance Related Pay
- 2% Monthly Medical Allowance

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and produce short-form video content.
- Shoot and edit vertical videos.
- Structure content using the Hook → Core Message → CTA framework.
- Support content calendar planning.
- Schedule and publish posts across various platforms.
- Assist in preparing creatives for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
- Experience in video shooting and editing.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
- Understanding of different platform styles and formats (XHS, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts).
- Organised and proactive.
- Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally would be an advantage.
