Position Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined and trustworthy Systems & Platform Administrator responsible for managing organizational access across multiple software platforms.
This is not a traditional IT support role. Instead, this position serves as the central control point for user credentials, permissions, platform configuration, and systems governance.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, security-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of managing structured access across CRM systems, HR platforms, recruiting tools, financial portals, communication tools, dashboards, and other operational software.
This role is critical in maintaining system integrity, data security, and operational continuity.
Core Responsibilities
1. Platform Credential & Access Management
- Own and manage master credentials across all company platforms
- Create, modify, and revoke user access based on role changes
- Ensure proper permission levels are assigned per department
- Maintain secure credential documentation and structured access logs
- Enforce two-factor authentication and access security standards
2. Onboarding & Offboarding Systems Control
- Provision platform access for new hires
- Ensure timely removal of access upon termination
- Maintain onboarding access checklists per department
- Verify role-based access compliance
3. Multi-Platform Governance
Manage administrative oversight for platforms such as:
- CRM systems
- HR & payroll software
- Recruiting and applicant tracking systems
- Communication tools
- Finance & funding portals
- Training platforms
- Operations dashboards
Ensure platforms are:
- Properly structured
- Access-controlled
- Organized with standardized naming conventions
- Free of unnecessary admin sprawl
4. Help Desk & Internal Support
- Act as first point of contact for access-related issues
- Troubleshoot login problems and permission conflicts
- Escalate technical platform bugs to vendors when necessary
- Maintain internal support ticket tracking
5. Systems Documentation & Process Control
- Maintain centralized documentation of:
- Platform list
- Access structure
- Admin hierarchy
- Credential backup protocols
- Build and maintain SOPs for access control and system governance
- Conduct periodic access audits
6. Risk & Security Oversight
- Prevent unauthorized credential sharing
- Identify security vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with company confidentiality standards
- Monitor unusual access behavior
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in systems administration, operations support, or platform management
- Experience managing access across multiple SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of user permissions, role hierarchies, and admin structures
- High trustworthiness and discretion
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage structured processes with precision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, payroll, ATS, and finance platforms
- Experience building access control matrices
- Exposure to Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 admin environments
