We are looking for an Corporate Secretary Executive that is excited about the below Mission and Outcome.
Mission: The Company Secretary Executive based in Malaysia will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional corporate services to our clients.
Outcome: The successful candidate will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers. You will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes:
- Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
- Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies.
- Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
- Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
- Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers.
- Monitoring statutory deadline.
- Facilitating company Incorporations; annual returns; and other corporate changes for Hong Kong companies under Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards, protecting our clients' interests.
- Providing exceptional support and guidance to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to align operations with the company's strategic goals, promoting a cohesive and efficient work environment.
To meet this requirement, the candidate should have:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in business-related industries, such as Corporate Secretarial, Compliance, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.
Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.
