Job Description

We’re looking for a curious, empathetic, and collaborative individual to join our User-Centred Design (UCD) team. This is an entry-level role for someone who is motivated by understanding people and shaping digital services that genuinely improve everyday experiences. In a world increasingly shaped by AI, your role will help ensure that human needs, perspectives, and values remain at the heart of the solutions we create.

You’ll develop skills across Service Design, User Research, UX Design, and Content Design. You will also learn how to deeply understand users, the environments they operate in, and the challenges they face. You’ll grow your craft through hands-on work on real projects, helping deliver meaningful digital transformation for public and private sector clients across Europe.

•You will support research and design activities

•You will help capture insights and turn them into artefacts such as personas, user journeys, blueprints and storyboards, as well as design outputs like concepts and digital prototypes.

•You will support stakeholder engagement by advocating for user needs whilst meeting business requirements

•You will learn from senior colleagues and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

•You will learn how to apply ethical and inclusive principles when planning research and shaping design decisions

•You will build knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including business applications and AI, to ensure designs consider technical feasibility while supporting meaningful outcomes for users and organizations.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about people, design, and technology.

• A willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Interest in creating inclusive, accessible solutions that work for all users.

• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and their impact on users.

Good to Have

• Awareness of user research or design methods .

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Mural, Microsoft 365.
