Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the tone for each shift with an upbeat, can-do attitude
  • Supervise team members and support daily restaurant operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain food quality standards
  • Assist with hiring, training, and developing new team members
  • Open/close the restaurant, count drawers, and complete daily checklists
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Lead by example and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

  • Prior leadership experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred)
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Passion for hospitality and team success
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-casual environment
