 As a Digital Marketing specialist at CoinFlip, you will design, build and manage PPC campaigns, while measuring performance to drive acquisition, efficiency, and ROI across our paid digital marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, execute and optimize Search and PMax campaigns across PPC platforms. 
• Monitor key performance metrics (click through rates, CVRs, CPAs etc.) and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI. 
• Analyze and interpret performance data to inform marketing strategy and improve overall effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with the design team and cross-functional marketing teams to ideate and develop creative concepts. 
• Conduct research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands. 
• Keep up to date with the latest updates in search trends and PPC strategies. 
• Other duties, as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar. 
• A minimum of two years of experience as an SEM specialist or similar. 
• Proficiency with analytics and PPC platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. 
• Strong understanding of SEM techniques and best practices. 
• Experience with a variety of search engines including Google and Bing. 
• Exceptional research and analytic skills. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Excellent computer skills with programs such as MS Office. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

Nice to have:  

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.  
• General interest in fintech and cryptocurrency.  
• Experience with Meta Ads.
