What You’ll Do
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify strong candidates.
- Schedule interviews promptly and coordinate with hiring managers across 19 locations.
- Manage our applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help shape effective recruitment strategies.
- Represent the Jim Shorkey Auto Group at job fairs and recruitment events, showcasing our culture and opportunities.
- Track and report onboarding progress to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain documentation and compliance for all onboarding processes.
- Provide administrative and HR support as needed.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, answering all calls quickly and in a courteous, professional manner.
Schedule:
- Full-Time | On-Site
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (onsite)

Requirements
What You Bring
- A strong interest in recruitment and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with recruitment software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
