JOB SUMMARY

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel, the guest experience begins the moment they arrive. As a Valet, you’ll provide prompt and courteous service, making every guest feel welcome and well-cared-for from the moment they step out of their vehicle. Your friendly demeanor and efficiency will set the tone for an exceptional stay.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Valet, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient parking services. In this role, you will:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their vehicles and luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Monitor traffic flow and assist with guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a guest-focused, energetic individual. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills and familiarity with various vehicle types.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
