Job Title: Product Assembler

Reports to: Production Manager or Production Supervisor

Positions Managed: None

Pay: $15.50 +1.25 Shift differential = $16.75 per hour 

Hours: Monday -Thursday from 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.

SUMMARY

The Product Assembler assist in the production and maintenance of producing Combat Application Tourniquets. This position is required to rotate throughout multiple work stations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Repetitive movement with basic hand tool usage

· Light manufacturing (hand lay-up, semi-automated equipment)

· Ensure and produce quality products at each work station

· Assist in identifying and separating materials and/or products that may have potential non-conformances and report findings to Quality and/or Leads

· Ensure safe working practices are followed

· Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment; including immediate work area, breakroom and restrooms

· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines

· Attend all required employee meetings and trainings as scheduled by direct supervisor, management or administration

· Maintain individual skills and keep up to date with latest production and production required concepts

· Other duties as assigned by management

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Required to stand and walk frequently. Moderate lifting (materials and tooling), must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and is required to have keen vision abilities

· Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. Environment maintains an increased noise level.
