As a Bartender at Tio Taco + Tequila, you are the heartbeat of the bar experience. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals with a passion for people, mixology, and creating memorable moments. Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests.
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails.
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions.
- Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies.
- Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment.
- Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts.
- Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration.
- Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions (bending, reaching, twisting).
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
