What You’ll Do

· Perform routine HVAC maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics.

· Identify equipment issues and recommend solutions and repairs.

· Complete preventive maintenance on motors, belts, filters, drains, electrical controls, compressors, and refrigeration systems.

· Inspect HVAC systems for safety, performance, and code compliance.

· Document service work and maintain accurate records.

· Order necessary parts and materials according to company guidelines.

· Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls.

· Deliver top-tier service while building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

· HVAC experience or HVAC trade school degree.

· Universal EPA Certification (required).

· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.

· Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

· Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset.

· Comfortable climbing ladders, working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and confined spaces.
