Guest Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle complaints or issues with tact and efficiency
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
