Your Role:

As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll prepare seasonal menu items and garnishes under our culinary leaders, working both independently and collaboratively while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize food safety and sanitation
  • Assemble hot entrées, sandwiches, and vegetables creatively in a fast-paced setting
  • Follow recipes and accommodate special requests
  • Prepare and set up for daily food production efficiently
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Complete tasks promptly with professionalism

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Completed high school education or equivalent
  • Associates degree in culinary industry preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as line cook and/or entry level supervisor experience.
  • Experienced knife skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of soup, sauce, and recipe preparation
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above, carry, and lift (up to 50 pounds +/-)
