The Account Executive will partner with public sector clients, including local governments, hospitals, and educational institutions, to identify communication challenges and recommend tailored Zoom solutions across video, phone, contact center, and AI capabilities. Responsibilities also include developing and managing the sales pipeline, collaborating with partners, conducting product demonstrations, and building trusted advisor relationships.

About the Team
Responsibilities
- Partnering with public sector clients to identify communication challenges and recommend tailored Zoom solutions across video, phone, contact center, and AI capabilities
- Developing and managing sales pipeline through account mapping, forecasting, and strategic opportunity identification
- Collaborating with channel and strategic partners to expand market reach and deliver integrated solutions
- Conducting product demonstrations that showcase platform value and address specific customer pain points
- Building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across education, local government, and healthcare sectors
What We're Looking For
- Bring 7+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in public sector technology sales
- Demonstrate solution-focused selling by addressing customer challenges with platform value rather than product features
- Manage complex sales cycles including pipeline development, account planning, and accurate forecasting
- Work effectively with channel partners and strategic alliances to drive joint success
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations with strategic messaging tailored to audience needs
- Communicate fluently in Japanese for business contexts with willingness to develop English proficiency
- Achieve consistent sales results while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Have BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
