Description  

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Hybrid Recruiting Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team! This position is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals interested in Human Resources—especially recruitment—to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. 

As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a key role in helping us attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. You’ll support the full recruiting process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and assisting with onsite hiring events. If you enjoy organization, communication, and making meaningful connections, we’d love to meet you! 


Key Responsibilities 

Recruiting Support 

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes 

Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates 

Schedule in-person interviews and manage calendar coordination for candidates and hiring managers 

Support the planning, logistics, and execution of in-person hiring events and career fairs 


HR Support 

Assist with new-hire onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and maintaining accurate employee files 

Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams as needed 


What We’re Looking For 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism 

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
