This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data within the Centric Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to ensure cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency. Key duties include entering and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, materials, costing, vendor details, and calendars in Centric PLM.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Centric PLM Systems Specialist to support our Product Lifecycle Management operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data within Centric PLM to ensure cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Enter and maintain BOMs, specs, materials, costing, vendor details, and calendars in Centric PLM
Validate and audit product data for accuracy and completeness
Support alignment across PLM, ERP, and e-commerce systems
Upload and manage technical documentation
Partner with product development, sourcing, merchandising, and digital teams
1–3+ years of Centric PLM experience (required)
Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
Self Motivated
Experience in apparel, retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing
Understanding of Inventory Management

Nice to have

Shopify Plus and Finale experience is a strongly recommended
