Craps Dealer – Part/Full Time

Pay: $12.14 + Tips: This is a tipped position, with earning potential of up to $70k + a year (no tipping pool)

$1,000 Sign on BONUS! $500 paid 90 days after date of hire $500 paid 180 days after date of hire

**Team member must be in good standing to qualify for Bonus Pay out (no documented performance in their employee file) **

Requirements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Passion for delivering a fun, energetic, and positive gaming experience for guests! If you’re having fun, so will your customers!
• You’re a math wizard that uses your skills to collect bets and exchange currency for gaming chips!
• Previous dealing experience preferred.
• Confidently take ownership of your table’s safety and security. Use your keen attention to detail to promote a safe gaming space.
• Avid card player? Use your accumulated knowledge of the game, to follow local gaming laws and regulations and internal controls as a Craps Dealer!
• Enthusiastically conduct gambling games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and assists customers in playing while ensuring adherence to all established rules, policies, procedures and regulations.

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all customers and employees, provide personal attention and assistance to customers and act to keep customers satisfied and motivated to return whether they lose or win.
• Keep track of game and player actions.
• Verify all customers are 21 years of age.
• Comply with established security policies and procedures. Inform supervisor and/or security personnel of any concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous Gaming experience and knowledge that includes:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum six months dealing experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Limited Gaming License.
• Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Colorado Gambling regulations and rules.

Pay: $12.14/hour + Tips
