What You’ll Lead

  • Manage daily showroom operations and sales floor execution
  • Coach and develop Sales Consultants to improve closing ratios and CSI
  • Monitor CRM compliance and appointment-to-show metrics
  • Desk deals with transparency and protect gross profit
  • Drive new and pre-owned sales performance
  • Ensure seamless handoffs to F&I and delivery
  • Maintain inventory knowledge and pricing strategy alignment
  • Reinforce Volvo brand standards and guest experience expectations

What It Takes

  • 3+ years automotive sales leadership experience
  • Strong desking and deal structure knowledge
  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Clear communication and steady leadership presence
  • Comfort with CRM systems and data-driven accountability
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
