Rail Haus is looking for Bartenders!
We are looking for individuals with availability throughout the week. Weekend availability is
a must.
Bartender pay is $15.00 an hour + tips
This is a fast paced work environment filled with great co-workers, an entertaining and
friendly kitchen, and amazing food. Experience and a good attitude is required!
The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guest requests.
This may include preparing mixed drinks, as well as pouring wine and beer. This position
sets the tone for our entire customer experience. We are looking for a couple of stars to add to our team.

Essential Functions:
- Greets guests and takes orders; processes cash and credit card transactions
- Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking
- patrons’ identification
- Adheres to cash handling policies
- Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
- Stocking bar as needed
- Provides excellent customer service, with genuine and warm hospitality while
- anticipating guests needs
- Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Ensures security of company assets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by managers
- 2 years of previous bartending experience necessary. Beer knowledge preferred
- Proven knowledge of bartending, principals, and recipes
- Must be able to obtain all state required alcohol service certifications
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs

Must be 21+ years old
Required Experience: 2 years
Other duties may Include:
Light Cleaning (Dusting, Cleaning Windows), Sweeping, Mopping, Maintaining Guest
Bathrooms during service, Stocking and Maintaining Clean Server Stations, Juicing, Picking
Herbs, Preparing coffee & tea, Polishing Silverware, Answering the Phone, Taking
Reservations, Attend weekly Manager meetings, whether in person or on zoom, Attend
Mandatory Monthly Product Training Meetings, Studying Menu Items, Ability to Pass
Monthly Menu Knowledge Tests
