Job Description

We are seeking a General Manager for our Roadhouse Grill location in Park City. This senior leadership role is responsible for the overall daily operation, financial performance, team development, and long term success of the restaurant.
The General Manager sets the tone for the entire location by driving profitability, maintaining operational standards, developing leaders, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
This role requires schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays and typically averages 50 or more hours per week in a high volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Provide visible and professional leadership to managers and hourly team members
- Build, coach, and hold accountable a high performing management team
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment free workplace
- Lead weekly manager meetings and daily pre shift communication
- Establish clear expectations and performance standards
Operations
- Oversee all front of house and back of house daily operations
- Ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, and beer standards
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, alcohol regulations, and licensing requirements
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and security standards
- Monitor maintenance and facility standards
- Maintain and oversee POS systems including Aloha and ensure accurate reporting and system integrity
Financial Performance
- Drive sales while managing labor and cost controls
- Create and manage schedules aligned with revenue and labor targets
- Utilize HotSchedules and reporting tools to manage labor deployment and maintain alignment with budget expectations
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily accounting
- Conduct accurate inventories and manage ordering processes
- Achieve location budget and profitability goals
Guest Experience
- Ensure superior service is consistently delivered
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
- Maintain strong leadership presence during peak hours
- Act as an ambassador of the Squatters brand

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum four years of management experience in a full service restaurant environment
- Experience leading and developing supervisors or managers
- Demonstrated responsibility for labor management and cost controls
- Strong understanding of full service restaurant operations including front and back of house
- Experience using Aloha or comparable POS systems
- Experience managing labor scheduling through HotSchedules or similar workforce management platforms
- Proven record of meeting operational and performance standards
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification and Alcohol Certification or ability to obtain upon hire

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and move 165 pound kegs when necessary
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
