Fleet Finance Coordinator
Lignetics is developing a portfolio of consumer brands in several different categories including wood pellets for home heating, BBQ pellets for grilling, wood pellets and shavings for animal bedding, and a wood fiber-based cat litter. Each of our products have unique features and benefits but are all linked with a wonderful recycled, renewable, sustainable, and carbon neutral story. We turn recycled saw dust into value-add, branded consumer products.
Job Type: Full Time
Shift Schedule: M-F, first shift - flexible
Salary: $20 - $22/hour
** Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
Description:
AP Invoice Management
- Code invoices and communicate to AP department
- Enter information for weekly check runs
Daily Reporting
- Enter daily dispatch
- Enter Work Orders from Maintenance Department
- Data entry as required
- Oversee and manage driver electronic logs
Month End Close
- Support the finance department on all month end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory, AP Invoice management.
- Complete Monthly Trailer DOT Report
- Various Monthly Reports
Other Administrative Support
- Process driver miles, pay and expenses for payroll
- Provide support to Fleet Manager and safety program
- Update daily reports as assigned
- Postal mail and daily package distribution
- Back up to Dispatcher
- Filing and Scanning paperwork
- Other assigned duties
Operations Coordinator Job Requirements:
- High School degree required
- Above average skills in communication both oral and written
- Above average skills in organization and attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to work as a teamwork and effectively manage through others
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Previous experience in Transportation and/or accounting preferred
