Job Description
The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support by performing essential clerical and administrative functions for department management.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide administrative support for the team and supervisors as the first point of contact for inquiries
- Complete assigned clerical tasks to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Complete data entry to update and maintain databases; generate reports as needed
- Plan and coordinate on- and off-site events for department and team
- Arrange conference, meeting and travel reservations for managers
- Prepare expense reports
Qualifications
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience Required: At least 1 Year Experience
Specialized Knowledge:
Intermediate MS Office skills required
Adobe Acrobat skills preferred
