Red Dirt Orthodontics in Yukon is looking for a Financial Coordinator who is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience from start to finish.

What you'll do:

  • Review and explain treatment fees and payment options with patients and families
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims
  • Post payments and manage patient accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy

Requirements

  • Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification and claims processing
  • Confident discussing financial arrangements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
