COMPENSATION RANGE
Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.50
Shift Differential: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting daily branch operations by ensuring flooring materials are received, organized, and staged accurately for installer pickup and delivery. This position works closely with the Warehouse Manager and Installation teams to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time. Success in this role means materials are dispatched accurately, inventory remains organized, and the warehouse operates safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role in a small, team-oriented warehouse environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure incoming materials are received, inspected, and verified against purchase orders to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and stage tile, hardwood, and vinyl materials accurately and on time for installer pull-outs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and installation teams to ensure correct materials are dispatched daily.
- Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to leadership promptly.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Utilize company systems (M3) via desktop computer to process dispatching and inventory transactions.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier materials).
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency to navigate desktop systems for dispatching and inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from Woodinville, WA location.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-haves)
- Forklift experience (certification a plus; training provided if needed).
- Experience in flooring, building materials, or similar product environments.
- Familiarity with inventory or dispatch systems.
- Experience in high-volume warehouse settings.
Experience in flooring or building materials is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.

- Positioning: Regularly required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequently operates warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members in a busy warehouse environment.

- Warehouse/Facility: Exposure to non-climate-controlled environments (heat/cold), moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
