Description

We’re seeking a School Director to lead academic excellence, school culture, and daily operations. This role is responsible for driving student achievement, supporting staff development, and building a strong, mission-driven school community.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day school operations, including academics, staff, culture, and safety
Drive student achievement through data-driven instruction and accountability
Build a positive, structured, and high-performing school environment
Coach, develop, and evaluate teachers and staff
Implement effective student support and behavior management systems
Manage school budget, reporting, and compliance requirements
Oversee student enrollment, admissions, and retention efforts
Partner with parents, staff, and community stakeholders
Hire, train, and lead a collaborative, mission-driven team

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of school leadership experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Track record of improving student outcomes
Experience coaching and developing educators
Passion for working with diverse student populations
Proficiency with data and technology
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership preferred (not required)
Experience in alternative education or grant-funded programs is a plus
