About the Role

Description

We’re seeking a School Director to lead academic excellence, school culture, and daily operations. This role is responsible for driving student achievement, supporting staff development, and building a strong, mission-driven school community.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day school operations, including academics, staff, culture, and safety
  • Drive student achievement through data-driven instruction and accountability
  • Build a positive, structured, and high-performing school environment
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate teachers and staff
  • Implement effective student support and behavior management systems
  • Manage school budget, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee student enrollment, admissions, and retention efforts
  • Partner with parents, staff, and community stakeholders
  • Hire, train, and lead a collaborative, mission-driven team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of school leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Track record of improving student outcomes
  • Experience coaching and developing educators
  • Passion for working with diverse student populations
  • Proficiency with data and technology
  • Master’s degree in Educational Leadership preferred (not required)
  • Experience in alternative education or grant-funded programs is a plus
