About the role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team on a fixed‑term contract (approximately 13 months), commencing 4 May 2026.
This role is delivery‑focused and is best suited to someone who is confident working directly in digital platforms and tools and who enjoys owning delivery end‑to‑end.
What you’ll be doing
- Build, publish and manage digital assets end‑to‑end across web, email and paid channels
- Build new web pages and update existing content
- Manage redirects and page hierarchy
- Work within CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager preferred; Sitecore, HubSpot or Webflow also relevant)
- Build and send email campaigns end‑to‑end, Segment audiences and optimise subject lines, CTAs, content hierarchy and performance
- Support and optimise digital advertising activity, inkedIn Ads experience is highly regarded
- Review campaign and page performance, Pull and interpret reports (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics advantageous)
About you
You’re a strong digital marketing operator who enjoys being hands‑on and accountable for delivery. You’re confident working directly in digital platforms, take pride in attention to detail, and bring a value‑add mindset — questioning briefs, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
- Solid experience across digital production, including web and email
- CMS experience (Adobe preferred; Sitecore, HubSpot or Webflow also suitable)
- Understanding of UX principles and SEO fundamentals
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external agencies
- In‑house experience strongly preferred due to the hands‑on nature of the role
