COMPENSATION: $16.90 per hour (tips are included) | Very high tips for high end, high sales restaurants!

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

• Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift
• Maintain cleanliness
• Work diligently in a timely manner
• Set and reset dining area
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Effective communication with all FOH staff
• Assist servers with table maintenance
• Cultivate positive working relationships with others
• Make sure server stations remains stocked accordingly
• Greet guests with a smile and thank them for coming upon exit
• Contribute to team effort. Being a team player above all is mandatory!
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to present food professionally/check orders for accuracy
• Deliver food to the proper table in a timely fashion and take additional orders when necessary
• Clear dirty plates and silverware
• Perform any task necessary to provide high quality customer experience, including explaining menu items to customers
• Support both servers and kitchen staff
• Greet guests with a smile and thank them for coming upon exit
• Contribute to team effort. Being a team player above all is mandatory!
• Other duties not included above

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF…

• At least 1 year of busser and restaurant experience in a fast pace fine dining restaurant while delivering exceptionally friendly hospitality
• Must be able to expedite orders, attend to customers’ needs and possess a strong desire to fulfill the desires of the customers at all times
• Ability to engage in casual conversation with customers without sounding too personal
• Maintain a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills
• Adaptable and are able to thrive in a team environment
• Ability to shift gears quickly and multitask
• Handle pressure with ease
• Come to work in dress code and stay well groomed
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant with expo and food runner knowledge
• High school diploma
