Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver expert skincare treatments, educate clients about proper skincare routines, and promote the services and products we offer. This role requires excellent technical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing a luxurious client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Skincare Treatments:
•  Perform a variety of esthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and other treatments.
•  Assist in administering advanced procedures such as laser treatments, depending on training and certification.

• Client Consultation:
•  Conduct skin analyses to identify client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
•  Educate clients about skincare products, services, and at-home regimens to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

•  Must hold a current and valid esthetician license where applicable.
•  Minimum of 2 experience in esthetics, preferably in a medical or luxury spa setting.
•  Proficiency in performing facials, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare treatments (experience with medical-grade skincare is a plus).
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
•  Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend and upsell treatments and products effectively.
•  A passion for skincare and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and innovations
