About the Role

Description

As an Escrow Officer at Clear Title Company, you will be responsible for managing real estate closings and ensuring all parties involved have a seamless experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions.
  • Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process.
  • Preparing and reviewing closing documents.
  • Clearing title issues and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handling funds and disbursements accurately.
  • Facilitating communication between all parties to ensure a successful closing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
