SUMMARY:
Provide professional and innovative virtual health care.??The Provider uses their medical knowledge base to educate and guide the treatment process. It is important for the Provider to spend quality time speaking with patients to determine their health needs and assisting with their health goals by providing them with Apollo products. It is vital for the Provider to determine if it is safe for a patient to receive or continue receiving the products and services Apollo offers by quickly identifying any potential side effects or adverse reactions. Work closely with the Marketing team and the Operations team to continue to grow this unique virtual health program.? The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys celebrating the success of their patients’ health journeys, is a self-starter, motivated, collaborate, sales-focused and innovative in their role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- See patients virtually in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct patient consultations via virtual video meeting.
- Provide treatment plans and care by evaluating patient records, diagnosing, prescribing needed or recommended medications, and educating about lifestyle changes.
- Respond accordingly to patient questions related to their treatment.
- Educating patients about all product options to help them make the right choices.
- Offer and discuss different treatment plans, including financial value and options, guiding patients toward the best fit for their health goals, actively supporting patient adoption of recommended treatment plans, contributing to enterprise growth and success.
- Have a sales-based mindset; eager to deeply understand patients’ needs and ability to properly articulate offerings to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable with having discussions about sexual health, etc.
- Ability to work with computer programs such as an EMR,?and online booking virtual and texting platforms
- Using multiple screens or tabs, for quick access to information.
- Utilize printed material for additional quick access to information needed for patient care, and as needed to answer patient questions.
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance, security, and confidentiality of all patient information, records, and data.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations required:?Kansas, PA/NP
- Computer Skills required: Fluent in EMR System, HR Systems, CRM, Microsoft Online Email, and other office suite features
- Exceptional people skills and communication skills
- Continuous learning, training, and development of weight loss, peptide therapy and sexual performance knowledge and growth. Suggesting additional products for assortment as necessary/needed.
- Detail oriented
- Works well in a fast paced always changing environment
- Licensure in the following states a plus: Nebraska, Kansas, Florida, South Dakota, Utah, New Mexica, Iowa, Arizona, & Georgia.?

- Manages virtual patient scheduling and follow-up efficiently to ensure continuity of care and timely communication.
- Collaborates with internal teams (clinical, pharmacy, and administrative) to ensure seamless coordination of patient care across systems.
- Prioritizes workload effectively to support both patient needs and company goals related to service quality and responsiveness.
Patient Engagement & Program Growth
- Promotes comprehensive, patient-focused care by consistently discussing medically appropriate treatment options, including peptides, supplements, and adjunct therapies that support each patient’s health journey.
- Understands that thorough patient education and individualized care plans contribute to both improved patient outcomes and the overall growth and sustainability of the program.
- Tracks and supports patient adherence to recommended treatment plans to ensure effective follow-up and continuity of care.
Support and Resources
- Utilizes available tools, educational materials, and telehealth technology to deliver a consistent, high-quality virtual patient experience.
- Communicates patient feedback and emerging trends to leadership to support continuous program improvement.
- Participates in ongoing training and product education to remain informed on current offerings and treatment protocols available through the Apollo program.
