Job Description
We are seeking a professional and proactive Concierge to join our Real Estate Management Services team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and secure environment for tenants, visitors, contractors, and suppliers. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and smooth building operations.
We are seeking two part‑time employees to share the role across five days, with one working two days per week and the other working three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, tenants, contractors, and suppliers with professionalism to create an exceptional first impression.
- Act as the central point of reference for building information and services, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Monitor lobby and Loading Bay activity to prevent unauthorized access, maintaining safety and security.
- Identify and address safety, security, and maintenance issues promptly, coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
- Perform Chief Fire Warden duties and manage emergency procedures to ensure compliance and occupant safety.
- Support operational efficiency and enhance tenant experience, driving satisfaction and brand reputation.
Qualifications
