1. Thực hiện giám định FRI / PSI

• Kiểm tra sự phù hợp của hàng hóa theo:
  • Hợp đồng mua bán / specification
  • Quy định EU liên quan đến vệ sinh và an toàn thực phẩm
  • Tiêu chuẩn Codex
  • Quy định FDA (đối với thị trường Hoa Kỳ)
• Thực hiện lấy mẫu theo kế hoạch lấy mẫu (AQL hoặc yêu cầu khách hàng).
• Kiểm tra:
  • Cảm quan (màu sắc, mùi, cấu trúc, tình trạng bề mặt)
  • Khối lượng tịnh, tỷ lệ mạ băng (đối với thủy sản đông lạnh)
  • Bao bì, nhãn mác, thông tin truy xuất
  • Điều kiện bảo quản, nhiệt độ kho
• Đối chiếu hồ sơ sản xuất, hồ sơ truy xuất nguồn gốc.

2. Thực hiện giám định DUPRO

• Theo dõi nguyên liệu đầu vào.
• Kiểm tra việc thực hiện HACCP (CCP, giới hạn tới hạn).
• Đánh giá điều kiện GMP, SSOP, vệ sinh nhà xưởng.
• Ghi nhận và báo cáo các điểm không phù hợp.

3. Thực hiện giám sát LSI

• Kiểm tra tình trạng container (sạch, khô, không mùi, không hư hỏng).
• Kiểm tra nhiệt độ cài đặt và tình trạng pre-cooling.
• Giám sát số lượng, cách xếp hàng, pallet.
• Niêm phong container và ghi nhận số seal.

4. Báo cáo và tuân thủ

• Lập báo cáo giám định trung thực, khách quan và đầy đủ bằng tiếng Anh.
• Gửi báo cáo đúng thời hạn (trong vòng 24 giờ sau khi hoàn thành giám định, trừ trường hợp đặc biệt).
• Đảm bảo tính bảo mật và không xung đột lợi ích.
• Tuân thủ quy trình nội bộ và nguyên tắc độc lập, khách quan theo ISO/IEC 17020 (nếu áp dụng).

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành: Công nghệ thực phẩm; Nuôi trồng thủy sản / Thủy sản; Nông nghiệp; Vi sinh hoặc các ngành có liên quan
• Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm tại nhà máy chế biến thủy sản/nông sản xuất khẩu; Đơn vị giám định / chứng nhận; Bộ phận QA/QC
• Có khả năng viết báo cáo tiếng anh tốt
• Kỹ năng phân tích và đánh giá hiện trường
• Trung thực, trách nhiệm cao
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác thường xuyên
