Za naš odjel toplinske i rashladne tehnike (HVAC) Home Comfort tražimo suradnika za tehničku podršku kupcima.

Opis posla

  • dnevni operativni poslovi iz post-prodajnih aktivnosti za područje Republike Hrvatske,  Bosne i Hercegovine i Slovenije,
  • posjeti partnerima i stalni kontakt s ovlaštenim serviserima (servisni partneri, instalateri, krajnji kupci, veletrgovci),
  • provođenje školovanja i koncepta tehničke podrške servisnim i instalaterskim partnerima za sustave grijanja i tople vode (od 3,5 kW do 1850 kW),
  • implementacija digitalnog sustava školovanja – eAkademije,
  • pomoć pri servisiranju i tehničkim problemima,
  • praćenje zakonskih promjena koji se odnose na poslovanje toplinske tehnike (tehničke podrške) te usklađenje poslovanja u skladu s promjenama (uključujući izradu atesta, uvjerenja, i sl.) za sva dodijeljena područja i cjelokupni prodajni program,
  • komunikacija s tehničkom podrškom zasebnih poslovnih jedinica (3rd level support),
  • prihvaćanje/odbijanje jamstvenih slučajeva u TIS sustavu,
  • obrada garancija na dodijeljenom prodajnom programu,
  • organiziranje i sprovođenje godišnjih sastanaka s kupcima i serviserima (uz poseban osvrt na tehničku podršku za sva dodijeljena područja i cjelokupni prodajni program),
  • provođenje godišnjih revizija partnera u tehničkoj podršci za dodijeljeno područje odgovornosti.

                     

Kvalifikacije

  • ​​​visoka stručna sprema tehničkog smjera ili odgovarajuće radno iskustvo
  • radno iskustvo na istim ili sličnim pozicijama je prednost, ali ne i uvjet
  • izražene vještine analitičkog i tehničkog razmišljanja te rješavanja problema
  • izvrsne organizacijske i komunikacijske sposobnosti
  • aktivno znanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu
  • odlično poznavanje rada u MS Office paketu (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • profesionalnost, samostalnost, sposobnost brzog shvaćanja i povezivanja poslovnih procesa
