- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers, assisting with integration, troubleshooting blockers, and tracking success metrics to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer by utilizing qualitative data (interviews) and quantitative data (product analytics) to identify user needs and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the key connector between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success teams to ensure the entire organization is aligned on product narratives.
Interview Process
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or fintech sectors.

- Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating data-heavy discussions and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical products and infrastructure.
- Analytical Narrative: Ability to use data to find the "why," tell a compelling story, and provide sharp, actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing precision and the ability to present with empathy and influence across cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: A proactive and organized approach to managing projects, with the ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve common goals.
- Hybrid Expertise: Experience that blends product marketing with customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Compensation: $150K - $165K per year
