Location: The Bridgewater Club
Pay Rate: $14–$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, shifts available between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Employment dates: May 2026-September 2026

Position Overview:
The Bridgewater Club is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Childcare Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children while their families enjoy the club’s amenities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with kids and want to be part of a positive, energetic team during the summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
     
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for children
     
  • Assist with child check-in and check-out procedures
     
  • Communicate with parents and guardians as needed
     
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
     
  • Follow all club safety procedures and policies
     

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old
     
  • Experience working with children preferred
     
  • Friendly, dependable, and energetic
     
  • Ability to work flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
     
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
