Terra Green is a full-service landscape company that is driven by its mission and core values. In order to better fulfill their mission, the company is in search of a motivated and driven worker interested in being a member of the Landscape Maintenance team. This department is responsible for maintaining the grounds of commercial and residential properties in and around the Charlotte region.  

The incumbent will operate power landscaping equipment such as commercial grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, pruners, etc. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks which may include any combination of mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, digging, and any other landscaping or enhancement tasks. The incumbent must be able lift 50 pounds, be willing to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, strong drive, great attitude, and a good work ethic. A minimum of six months experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time permanent position. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF LANDSCAPING LABORER

• Perform yard work tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, raking, pruning, digging, etc.
• Communicate well with supervisor
• Oversee maintenance of assigned commercial and residential properties in a timely manner
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for both employees and clients
• Responsible for assigned equipment and truck

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS OF LANDSCAPING LABORER

• 6 months of commercial landscaping experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Ability to oversee the landscape maintenance of properties
• Ability to load and unload equipment onto trucks
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to follow instructions
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Have a good work ethic
• Strong drive and will to succeed
• Willing to submit to Drug Test and Background Check
• Have a valid Driver's License/ID
