Schedule: Mon 12p-8p, Tues-Thurs 2p-10p, Sat 8a-4p
Full-Time: 40 hours
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
Location: Southbridge, MA
Sign On Bonus: $1000 for Full Time and $500 for Part Time employees
The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.

Requirements
- Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
- Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
