Description

We are hiring a Loss Prevention Specialists to work 16-18 hours a week on weekends and evening hours for our Chula Vista boatyard.

The Loss Prevention Specialist sits or stands at an assigned location, performs periodic area checks within the property using a golf cart, ensuring that the premises and company assets are secure and reports any suspicious activity to the on-call supervisor. The right candidate must have good work ethic, great attendance and be responsible. Training will be provided.

Current Shift: Midnight to - 8:00 am (Sat & Sun)

Requirements

Loss Prevention, security attendant or customer service work experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to push/ pull/ lift up to 25lbs and close a large rolling gate.
Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be honest, dependable and have good work ethic.
Must be able to stay alert during the entire shift and work under very little to no supervision.
